I am Dies [Deez] van der Sande, and it is my passion, to creatively accompany people in change processes and to support them in rediscovering their own inner intuitive language.

I believe that the answers already lie within us and that creative spaces help us to hear them again.

Over the years, I have repeatedly experienced that growth arises from the interplay of intuition and clarity.
I use Expressive Arts in combination with process-oriented coaching to help you reconnect with resources that may have faded from view.
This allows you to better understand complex topicsand emotions and discover new ways to navigate challenges.

Together, we develop perspectives and practical, actionable solutions that truly fit you and your life, whether in one-on-one sessions or diverse-sized groups.

      - Management and guidance of the internal creative team, including relevant HR processes.
      - Briefing & collaboration with freelance designers.
      - Creative design, graphic & conceptual services.
      - Development support in production countries (Asia & Europe).

    • Sportswear Designer
      (1987-1994, NL & CH)
      - Collection development for internationally renowned sportswear companies Protest, Rucanor & Metro Group.

  • I find it fulfilling to help people discover and develop their potential. I build on three strong pillars: Coaching, Expressive Arts & Empathic Communication.

    Coaching:

    • The training (2018-2019) to become a certified Integral Coach was the beginning.
      I studied Life, Career & Relationship Coaching at the renowned Hoogendijk Coaching Institute (NL).

    • By the way, an interesting and effective deepening with the topic 'mindfulness', Coaching is an effective and mindful way of working on yourself.

    Expressive Arts:

    • Master's Degree in Expressive Arts Coaching & Consulting, at the European Graduate School (2025 - in progress), CH.

    • From 2019 various workshops as well as the Foundational Professional Training For Facilitators in Expressive Arts (2021-2022, ArtLab Institute, Ibiza ES - official contract institute of the European Graduate School, CH.).

    • Deepening the techniques and insights of the 'Collage Coaching Technique™' (UnglueYou, UK).

    • Years of working with people, creativity and my interest in people's unique potential for development motivated me to complete a four-year training as a certified Art therapist (LDM - Fachbereich Malen und Modellieren, CH) (2003-2007).

    • Since 2003, I have continuously worked on my personal development with the help of various Arts-based methods.

    Empathic Communication:

    • At the beginning of 2021 I came into contact with NonViolent Communication (according to Marshall Rosenberg) and since then I have been deepening my empathic communication as an NVC-Ambassador (Kompetenzzentrum Fokus Empathie, CH).

    • The appreciative, empathic and connecting way of communicating complements and deepens my work as a coach.

  • I was born and raised in Holland in an unconventional family. My parents gave me a great and precious gift: the ability to live authentically and to think freely.

    Even as a child I loved to create my own world. My later rediscovery of artistic work now gives me the opportunity to reflect on life and look at difficult issues from a different perspective.

    For over 25 years I have found peace and serenity in yoga, breathing techniques and mindfulness.

    Me time and time with my partner are important and precious to me. Despite our long-distance relationship, we make a point of maintaining a mindful and conscious balance between closeness and distance.

    I draw strength from nature. Whether it is cycling around Lake Zug or hiking in the breathtaking Swiss countryside. Both as a person and as a coach, this is where I find access to my inner and intuitive powers.
