Creative Team Workshops for Organizations
Your team doesn’t need another workshop.
It needs a different experience.
Why
In many teams, what truly shapes collaboration is not said out loud.
It lives in patterns of interaction, in underlying tensions,
and in the subtle sense of what feels possible, or not.
In times of change and uncertainty, when there are no clear answers,
analysis alone is often not enough.
Teams need access to something else:
perception, responsiveness, and the ability to sense what wants to emerge.
How
I create structured, experiential spaces where teams can step out of habitual roles and ways of thinking.
Expressive Arts is an interdisciplinary, process-based approach that uses images, movement, writing, and improvisation to explore experiences and make them tangible.
By working in this way, people engage both analytical thinking and intuitive knowing.
This makes underlying dynamics visible and opens up new ways of responding.
In this process, teams practice:
noticing what is actually happening (beyond assumptions)
trusting perception and intuition as a source of insight
exploring new perspectives through direct experience
Change is not treated as a problem to solve,
but as something to engage with.
The result is more authentic collaboration, clearer communication,
and the capacity to navigate complexity with both clarity and intuition.
TEAM WORKSHOPS
Each workshop follows a guided process that enables participants to explore ideas through creative activities, reflect individually, exchange in small groups, and translate concrete insights into actionable strategies.
Navigation Transitions
A creative workshop that helps teams reframe change as opportunity. Through a guided process, participants build a shared change mindset, strengthen ownership, and move forward together with clarity.
Innovation through Imagination
Imagination becomes the foundation for innovation. Teams step beyond conventional thinking to co-create bold ideas and shape future-focused strategies.
The Art of problem solving
An arts-based approach to problem solving that disrupts habitual thinking. Teams explore challenges collaboratively from new perspectives to simplify complexity and unlock original solutions.
Creative Milestones
A reflective, creative workshop to celebrate achievements and energise what’s next. Teams acknowledge contributions, strengthen connection, and create a tangible expression of shared success.
“celebrate achievements”
“collaborative challenge reflection”
“Visualize new perspectives”
5 Reasons Why Creative Workshops Strengthen Teams
-
Creative processes open space for new ways of thinking, beyond familiar patterns. Allowing fresh ideas and unexpected solutions to emerge.
-
Teams move beyond surface-level exchange and experience new ways of listening, expressing, and responding to one another.
-
When people are invited to participate differently, energy rises: bringing more presence, motivation, and ownership into the team.
-
By stepping out of purely analytical thinking, teams discover intuitive and unconventional approaches to challenges.
-
Shared creative experiences build trust, strengthen relationships, and create a more human and supportive work environment.
Our Mission
To make space for what is not yet visible
and allow new ways of working and relating to emerge.

“Dies’s EXA-Workshop was a truly transformative experience - each exercise was powerfully inspiring and clearly explained, making me feel completely safe to explore my dynamics within the group of women I work with. It beautifully revealed insights about myself, like my natural preference to follow yet my ability to lead when needed, and helped me confidently move from the outskirts towards the center of the group. I felt supported as a student, able to share honestly, listen deeply, and meaningfully connect with others, all thanks to Dies’s warm and skillful facilitation.”
- Lourdes Vazquez, Organization Workshop Participant
“This workshop was a masterclass in effective and inclusive education. By weaving personal and professional experiences, maintaining an invitational approach, and incorporating intuitive principles, Dies created a space where learning was not just informative but transformative.”
